Data analysis for a software development department
Tool was combining data from various sources (project tasks tracking, bug tracking system, time reporting tool, accounting system and forecast tool). Based on this data reports were showing in real time (with daily updates) comprehensive information about status of projects (both technical, project management and financial). Based on predefined values different alarms were raised (budget overrun, forecast showing larger amount of non-assigned resources, etc.).

Car parts manufacturer
For our customer – a car parts manufacturer – we built a system showing in real time different measurements from the production process. Additional benefit of this system was the possibility to simulate how saving or changes in one part of the process where impacting the whole production and quality process.
